Following the measures introduced by Law 675/96, regarding measures to protect the treatment of personal data of individuals and other subjects, below we give information on the use by Piemonte Agency for Investments, Export and Tourism of the personal data collected in relation to subscription to the Newsletter. Source of personal data The data in our possession, name and email address, acquired through the site www.investintorinopiemonte.org, have been collected by computer network. All the data collected will be treated in respect of the regulations in force and, in any case, with the utmost confidentiality. Purposes of data processing The collection and treatment of personal data (name and email address) has the exclusive purpose of sending the Newsletter to the email address provided. Form of processing In relation to the purposes indicated, personal data is processed manually, by computer and telecommunications tools in a rationale strictly linked to these purposes and, in any case, so as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data in respect of the above mentioned law.
